What kind of paper do you print on?
We print on 14pt and 16pt cardstock with UV Coating or Matt Finsih. 14pt is a fairly thick paper and 16pt is slightly thicker.

Will my order look exactly the way it does on my monitor?
The layout and graphics will look exactly the same as the online proof, however we cannot match the color seen on your monitor since we cannot compensate for a color variance on each customer's monitor.

What is What is 4/0, 4/1 and 4/4?
4/0 = Full color front / nothing on back.
4/1 = Full color front / black & white on back.
4/4 = Full color on front / full color on back

How long for my business cards to arrive?
Standard printing take 3-5 business days + shipping time. Next day printing takes 1 business day + shipping time. Turnaround time refers to the time it takes to print the cards, shipping is not the same as turnaround time.

What is the cut off time for next day printing?
Orders must be placed by 8am (PST) to qualify for next day printing. If you place your order on Monday before 8 am (PST) your order will be printed and shipped by Tuesday.
